Our team will provide full service assistance to help you restore your land patent. First, our research team will research the complete chain of title on your property. Once the land patent is found and ordered, another team member will assist you with the proper publishing and recording of your land patent. Please note *** While it is our goal to do as much of the work for you as possible, sometimes there are specific items that can only be obtained at the county level. Your participation may be required.

Price is per parcel. Turn times vary based on property and difficulty of state/county. Currently we are not offering this service in California, Virginia, or Hawaii.  Restoring your land patent does not automatically remove you from the property tax rolls.
